Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods While Having Pcod

I have PCOD problem since last 10 years although it got detected only 3yrs back. I was under the treatment of a v.good endocrinologist in Mumbai and it helped me too but now I have moned to Delhi and my problem of irregular periods have started again. I am geting married in 4 months. I am very tensed about my future pregnancey and want to know who should I see? A good endocrinologist or a gynaecologist?

Please also suggest me a good reliable doctor in Delhi/NCR
