Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods While Suffering From PCOD

Hi Doctor, Myself Archana Pandit.I am having PCOD since i was 16-17 years,i very rarely got my periods normal.Had lot of treatments but nothing had worked out.It worked out 50% when i started doing gyming. Now i am married and having a son of 3 years old.I had concieved after 6Months of my marriage with medcines only,had got my period after 1year and 3months but the period was continuing for 15days and again coming back in 15days.So doctor gave me 21days course medicine to regularise the periods which i took for 3 months but after that again my periods got stop so my doc prescribed me take primilout N if period is not coming till 45days. Now recently i had taken primilout N on 26th Feb only one tablet and i got period on 4th March.Now the problem is for last 4-5 days i continuosly getting lightheadedness and dizziness after i wake up and anytime throughout the day,yesterday my doctor prescribedme NORMOZ and Deviry tablet for next cycle and USG for next cycle on 3rd day. I am not sure if the medicine presrcibed is the right one prescribed to me for the condition now am facing.MY BP is normal. Please suggest what should i do.
