Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

Hi doctor,I am 31 years old, 5 0 and weigh 58kgs. My periods come a couple of days late every month buy last month I did not get my periods. I have taken modus for 5days and today is the third day of leaving modus but still my periods have not set in. Last year I had the same problem once but was solved when I Took modus. My report showed heavy ovaries and iwas prescribed chrominac A and Obimet for 3 months. But after that I had regular periods for the last one year. Now I am getting the same problem again. Now I want to have a baby and this irregularity in periods is bothering me too much. Please help. Also please suggest on steps I need to take care for conceiving as my periods come late every month and that too not fixed no.of days.
