Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

my periods sarted at age of 14, but they are irregular since start and its getting wose, initialy it was 2,3 months delay but now its like 6 months i have not get my periods. i wanted to ask will it effect pregnency in future? and shud i use medicine to make periods regular? i am 23 years of age and unmaried.
