Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

I have been on kilovance for six months now. Although it has helped with the hot flushes, it seems to have made my periods irregular often only having like five dyas in between each on. Is this normal as before I started on this they were monthly and only lasted for 5 days and now they can be 10 days.
