Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

Am 24yrs old, I did D and C last year december and I bleed for 2weeks, in dis year January my menstruation didn't flow well as before, just a brownish red last for 3days. What cause it and what kind of drug should I used to let my mense flow well this month. Thank
