Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

im having PCOD since past 11 yrs. under medication from that time. if i stop medication, i get irregular periods. i had reduced my weight to 48Kg, which is faar below what i am supposed to be,for my height. even then, my periods never came regular. i am 27 yrs now, and a mother of a 2yr old(thank god, i dint have any probs in conceiving with the help of letrozole tblts.) we are not planning any more kids. can i get a uterus removal done, with ovaries still there? i am seriously fed up of this irregular menstruation and it has even started affecting my job and even day to day chores. plz advice and help.
