Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

Hello. I am an 18 year old girl. Two years ago I had a mono-like illness. I haven't been right since then. I have had irregular periods and am currently taking seasonique. I am also slightly anemic and taking iron pills. The past two days have been bad because every time I stand up the room starts spinning.
