Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

hi im on the pill but haven't come on my period but i know im not pregnant, i did forget to take my pill a couple of times but did finish the strip completely, im worried because ive had abnormal cells before and im meant to be havin my regular smear this month but cant because i haven't come on my period, should i be worried that the abnormal cells have come bac or there is something wrong with me?
