Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

Q: I am 34 years ,ht=164 cms, st= 50 kgs,female ,who has always irregular periods.In my last period last month May 23rd,I saw some black spot for 4 days and then my period start as usual 5 days.It is supposed I am period in June 20th but I saw black spot on June 10th yesterday. Can you please let me know what it is . we also planning to have baby in next few month.Do you have any clinic in Georgia where I can come and see gynecologist in future.
