Suggest Treatment For Irregular Rectal And Menstrual Bleeding

I've started the diet program, prescribed by a friend's doctor, about a month ago. It consists of four pills to take daily. I don't remember exactly what two of them are, I threw out the packaging they came in. One is a water pill, another is potassium, another is Chromium pen-something, and the last one starts with a P or PH. Well, since I've been taking these pills I've experienced menstrual bleeding in between periods which has been a brownish color, fluttered heartbeats, dizziness, rectal bleeding, and abdominal pain. I told him about the fluttered heart-beating and dizziness and he told me to cut the P(PH) pill in half; which has helped. But the rectal bleeding, irregular menstrual bleeding, and abdominal pain has just started and I getting worried. I'm wondering if these new symptoms have anything to do with these pills I'm taking or not, and what I should do.
