Suggest Treatment For Irregular Vaginal Spotting/bleeding

I have been experiencing these irregular spotting/bleeding/periods.
In December I went to get a sexual health check up where I did a test for Chlamydia, gonorrhoea, HIV, and syphilis. All my results can back negative. So I thought maybe these irregular bleeding during periods will stop, unfortunately I was wrong and it reappeared again in the next following week in January, I went to accident emergency because I was bleeding and had lower abdominal pain and sharp pain where my ovaries are. The doctor done an ultrasound scan to check if there is anything visible that may be causing the bleeding, he said my ovaries looked fine and there are not big and they are the right size about 2cm. I asked what is the normal size for the ovaries he said anywhere from 1 – 4cm, when it is 5cm that’s when a problem occurs. So he sent me home and said if it happens again I should go back. However it did, so I thought let me just go take another sexual health check to double check everything was okay. The results came back negative. I was told that if they come back negative again that I should go to my doctor so that she/he can refer me to see the gynaecologist, and do further tests.

I saw my period on the 22nd of January and finished 26th and then I started bleeding again from the 5th – 8th and now I am currently on my period again 16th - 21st February.

I don’t know if these periods kept coming because I stress even more when they do so it feels like they will never go away L However i still think something is not right.
