Suggest Treatment For Irritation And Blisters On Wound On Shin

I have a puncture wound on my shin. I have been cleaning it with undiluted savlon. Days after the skin around got very irritated and blisters grew around. it has been two weeks and no relief. Been on one week of 500mg of penecilin but the rash is growing to other regions around. it burns and itches.
