Suggest Treatment For Irritation On The Tip Of The Penis

I have had a penis fungus problem for a year. I have had a prescribed medication (creame) and it doesn't work. Even over the counter medicine. I have changed my diet and have choosen a healthier life style. Yet I still have small irritations at the tip of the penis. what can I do? Do I need to see a specialist? Like a Dermatologist?
