Suggest Treatment For Itch And Lump In Vagina

I recently had a misscariage and I finally have stopped bleeding. I started to feel itchy in my virgina and I noticed a lump and so I had a look and I can see a white lump as big as a grape inside on the left wall/flap. What could this be its quite itchy now and slighty painful.
