Suggest Treatment For Itches On My Body

My temp is 99.2, I have itchiness all over (arms legs belly chest) but only only some areas have a little limply rash that comes and goes--and the inside of my ears are itchy--and I have tummy cramps with mild diarrhea . I'm 32F, I have 4 boys 14-5, and I'm on propranolol for anxiety. Antihistamines give me anxiety or I would have tried that for the itchiness. I weigh 130 and I'm 5'4". In good health. Senior in college with full course load--even in the summer.
