Suggest Treatment For Itchiness All Over The Body

I have an itching problem all over my body, which afte scratching leaves red rash like marks and dissapear eventually. By taking the medicine my doctor suggested the problem is surpressed but not healed. I have been going through this for the past three years now. and have asked various doctors.
