Suggest Treatment For Itchiness In The Ear

i m suraj from bbsr.before two month i had itching in ear so i cleaned with match stick by wrapping cotton.then problem of less hearing arrises.i went to doc,he said there is wax,he removed out.now again due to itching in ear i cleaned with match stick by wrapping cotton.then problem of less hearing arrises.pus is comming out.yesterday when i cleaned a black colored something came.i m worry about it.please suggest wat to do??????
