Suggest Treatment For Itchiness In The Lower Right Leg

I have a itching skin of the right lower leg, and also the itchiness have spread to upper thigh and i have bruises spot here and there, i have seen three different Drs and one specialist there is no change, actually it has become more after the specialist have suggested me to use some ointment and cream. can you please let me know what to do. i can send you photos..
