Suggest Treatment For Itchiness On Penis

Hello, I am a 20 year old male and I have been having some itching around my penis area for several weeks now. There is no discharge, burning or itching from the hole or tip, just an itchiness around the shaft. I have been tested for stds recently and have not had sexual contact (besides kissing) for some time. There are also no bumps, or any redness...Any clue what it can be? I have been taking prescription ibuprofen and vicoden for a inflamed wisdom tooth.....I know this may be irrelevant but I've heard that all medications can cause different things to happen in the body....
