Suggest Treatment For Itchiness Under The Breast

For the last few years off and on, the skin under my breasts gets very damp and itchy then begins to have small tears close to where they meet. I try to keep this area dry but any moister triggers the tears which are very painfull. I have used Zinc cream, medicated powders and they don't seem to help. What do you suggest?
