Suggest Treatment For Itching Acne/pimples/brown Spots On Face

Sir, My face often develops acne/pimples. These leave brown spots as well. My face has irritation, it is always itching. My skin has become darker because of hot climate here. Sir, I drink plenty of water but nothing helps. Even creams, ayurvedic/homopethic/allopethic medicines have temporary effect. Please help me out? Thank You
