Suggest Treatment For Itching All Over The Body During Pregnancy

Im 27 weeks and 4 days pregnant with my fifth baby and I ve been itching all over my body from my head down to my toes for the last week. I don t have a rash or exczama and I ve scratched so much that im taking off skin what can i do. I m also dilated to 2cm and my cervix has shortened to 2.1 something like that my doctor has told me. Anyways what can i put on my skin because I can t keep scratching im not trying to peel off my skin.
