Suggest Treatment For Itching All Over The Body

I have been experiencing this creeping itchy sensation for almost 4 months now. the itch comes sudenly and last for less than a minute and l feel it all over my body. there is no rush involved. please help me because usualy when the itch comes its painful and sometimes l cant do a thing till it fades away
