Suggest Treatment For Itching And Allergic Rash

I have been haveing allergy rash itching issues I thought it was a medication for birth control I was taking but my dr switched me and the itching stopped for almost a month now I woke up with burning itching all over rash and small red dots kinda like bug bites no I don t have bed bugs I checked and it s not shingles from what I m told I have been on Benadryl tablets lotion everything no relief any answers
