Suggest Treatment For Itching And Burning In Vagina

For the past couple of days maybe a week, my vagina has been itching and burning and very little discharging. When i use the restroom it burns sometimes and when i wipe or clean it when i bathe it hurts. Sometimes i feel uncomfortable what should i do?
