Suggest Treatment For Itching And Burning On Leg

i am African American, my legs itch and I spots all over them, sometimes they burn. recently the top of my feet has started to itch. I have went to several dertamologist and they prescribe bleach agents or sternoids which I've gain several pounds. what should i do or take to stop this probelm for good. thanks
