Suggest Treatment For Itching And Hives In Butt

My butt itches and i have noticed little hives from the crack to the anus and when i have to poop it hurts. The only thing that helps is taking a bath or shower right after i thought it might be hemorrholds? but im not so sure now? help im losing sleep
