Suggest Treatment For Itching And Lump Under The Foreskin Of Penis

I have had a redness under my foreskin for some weeks now very itchy also noticed a small lump under foreskin on right side witch ichys like mad and prononced vein in the middle under foreskin a very purple colour least I think its a vein I am 61 years and I am very worried about it. dosen't resond to any treament.
