Suggest Treatment For Itching And Peeling Skin On Chin

I've used just for men product for my mustache dyed black the last product I purchased and used a week ago has irritated my chin its going thru a transformation first itchy watery when I rubbed it next I put Vaseline it turned into yellow crystals now both corners of my mouth hurts when I open scaling I'm pealing dry dead skin fills like a sore that want heal I now there's different skin types etc... I'm a American Black male please provide me with information for a cure I'll keep my grey I'm done hiding my age after this outcome THANK YOU!!!
