Suggest Treatment For Itching And Rashes In Pubic Area

Hello Sir,

i got some type of itching problem, not all over the body but just below my belly button and just above my penis whenever i feel for urine or when i m sweating. Its a strong king of itching. The more i do, i feel relax. Even i get rashes by doing itching.

Please help
