Suggest Treatment For Itching And Rashes On The Penis

Hello, I shaved my pubic hair like 3 weeks ago, and I have been itching like crazy and I have itched it, I noticed red pimple like bumps where my pubes are and now rashes are on my shaft and it is very itchy, I use some cream I bought from Wal Greens called itch x to try and stop the itching, the rashes are getting worse, I have not had sex in 6 months. What could it be and what can I do?
