Suggest Treatment For Itching And Rashes

Dear Dr..........i do get sudden itching on my skin and as soon as i itch on it that areas gets rashes....the rashes is for some time and then vanishes....this happens to all parts of my body...i am not sure what is it due to?,,,allergy or some kind of disease.........i was on hyperthyroid drugs.....
