Suggest Treatment For Itching And Red Marks On Inner Knee

my leg itched really bad on inner knee and after scratching it for a few days non stop there are red marks that have been there for three months now. It doesnt itch anymore and the spots are reddish brown with little red dots inside, looks like capillaritis.
