Suggest Treatment For Itching And Red Rashes

Hi, I am prathap, I had a problem of itching of total body and skin gets red rashes. i consulted a doctor last month and she gave medicines (FEGRA, PRU, AZIFAST and FOSYS). After using this nedicine for 5 days itching was controlled,but after 15 days of completion of medicine the itching started again.
My habits and day life: getting late to sleep, drinking habit and my age is 25.
