Suggest Treatment For Itching And Redness On Foreskin

hello doctor,
i m 29 yr old male. i m away frm my wife frm last two months and did not have any sexual intercourse. last few days i m experiencing itching on the head of my penis and under the foreskin and i could see some reddish dots also.i keep myself clean and since the time i m having this problem i wash my penis four to five times, but still the itching and irritation is there.i suspect some kind of infection,any medicine advisable since ther is no sexologist or urologist in near vicinity
