Suggest Treatment For Itching And Redness On Scalp

My scalp has been very itchy. Now it is red & raw along with oozing. This has never happened before, although I have itching. I applied scalpicin & tonight applied vinegar & it is dripping down my neck. My daughter said it has a slight yellow tint to it. Any answer would be appreciated.
