Suggest Treatment For Itching And Roughness Of The Skin

I am 65 yaer old female of medium built.I am diabetic for 22 years but controlled by oral medicines( glykind).My problem is itching & roughness of the skin all over the body.there seems to be red 'danas" on the skin specially below knees upto ankles & on the back & on the hands near elbows & shoulders,.The itching aggravates by heat,in the night & by dryness.Skin itches all the time.Sometimes there appears tiny water filled boils(danas),which also itch very much.Homeopathic & alopathic treatments have been taken,but of no use.Kindly diagnose & advise.Vinita saxena from lucknow
