Suggest Treatment For Itching And Yellow Discharge From Stitches Site

Hey doctor I am 21 yrs I gave birth to a baby boy 9 monthsback by vaginal delivery. Episcotomy was done.. Then doctor suggested me to apply betadine on stitches.after one month I realised that lot of yellow discharge happens n itching too...there are so many rashes. I applied renovate also.plz tell me how to get rid of it. N I saw in mirror one piece of flesh is coming out my stitches which pains too.plz help
