Suggest Treatment For Itching Around The Anus

Hi - I have about 12 red itchy 'bites' around my anus and 3 on the bottom cheek. They appear to be flea bites, but I have no had them for 5 days and they have not reduced in size. They are every itchy and get larger in size when I scratch them. I dont think they are bites though. They are possibly a rash from cycling which I have been doing a lot of recently. please can you advise?
