Suggest Treatment For Itching In Area Area

hi, i have a consistent itch on my anal area, and now it has turned flaky and scaly... it has been itching for past 3 years or so, have had many treatments for haemorroids, never worked and now in the last 2 months, this scaling has started, and is getting worse. can you advise on anything?
