Suggest Treatment For Itching In Ears

have tubes in ears, been there for 1 1/2 years. I followed someones advice to put peroxide in my ear to stop it from itching. It hurt when I put it in, and now I can not hear out of that ear, its like its blocked. Do I wait and see or go to Dr now? I was just there last week.
