Suggest Treatment For Itching In Inner Thigh

My 8 year old daughter started itching in the left inside thigh and after two days moved on to the right thigh and for the past month she has been complaining particularly at night. Her skin has gone darker new spots come out at night. Have triec some creams but its not working

What causes the itching?
