Suggest Treatment For Itching In My Foreskin

Hello. The front of my foreskin is very itchy and irritated. I have been scratching some and noticed a small tear on my foreskin due to the scratching (I think). The foreskin is also a little swollen but it doesn't hur it just itches. What could have caused this? I have only had oral sex once in 2 months
