Suggest Treatment For Itching In Pubic Region

hi, um I have a problem, and I'm not sure what to do. About a month ago, I started having this itch in my genital area. It was located in the pubic region above my clitoral hood. I'm not sure what caused it. but it got worse after I had sex, and I believe that it's because I was very aroused before and after that time. So, my vagina was exposed to a lot of moisture. It never went away, and steadily got itchier and itchier, despite cleaning regularly with antibacterial soap, and trying to keep the area dry, and wearing clean, fresh underwear. I did shave my labia and up to the point where it initially started itching, and I'm wondering if it's because I wasn't using a new razor head.
Then, recently, I had sex again, and during foreplay I felt some of the tissue tear where it had initially started itching. I shaved the next day, and within the next couple of days, I developed small very sore and itchy bumps where I'd been itching, and where I had shaven, and today I noticed that they've spread all down the outer part of of my labia. It's very painful, and very itchy, and I've been trying my hardest not to itch (with success as it's more painful to touch the area than it would be worth to itch it) I would also like to point out, that I've started my period within the last three days, I have had a small but very sore bump on my inner labia once, prior to my start of sexual activity, and another time a few months ago (all during my period) and have no vaginal discharge, or unusual smell, or pain inside my vagina. It's specific to the pubic region above my clitoral hood and the outer labia.
