Suggest Treatment For Itching In Scrotal And Anal Area

Hello, I'm facing very sweet itching around my scrotum and sometimes around anus. The intensity of itching grows when I use to take some rest or I'm on bed to sleep. Many of the nights I had to wake because of this sweet itching. I've taken so many antifungal creams and tablets but there is no effect on this sweet itching.
