Suggest Treatment For Itching In The Back

hello i was at a park yester day and i started itching on my back , then 2 fuzzy catapiliers came out of my shirt , it stoped itching but wen i woke up the next mornig it started itching and hurting like crazy !!! then i looked in the mirror and i saw my whole upper right back was covered in bumps . should i be worried
