Suggest Treatment For Itching In The Eyes,nose And Ears

Hello, I have mottled skin - especially in my face. I m getting these dark patches. My eyes itch a lot, my nose and my ears. I also break out in sweat, especially after I eat something sweet or if it contains wheat or yeast. I also have fungus between my small left toe and the adjoining toe. Can you help me?
