Suggest Treatment For Itching In The Inner Thighs

Hi Doctor, I am a woman of 46 years old, I am having a skin problem since some 2 or more years under my inner thighs.The skin is itchy there and silvery and the more it's itchy and it becomes dark and disgusting. I usually have my bath and I use moisturiser and sometimes put on natural aloe vera gel or olive oil. But I feel it helps only instantly and not a permanent cure. Please help me with a natural treatment or remedy to cure me.
