Suggest Treatment For Itching In The Labia Minora

Hi...I have a really itchy labia minora that feels like something is crawling and itches so bad and I can peel off like a patch of flaky skin that appears to be something like when a snake loses a layer of skin and its very uncomfortable...Im 59 years old and have not been sexually active for about 8 years and have no idea what it is...sometimes a cold ice pack feels good and I have to put it under my clothes...I work in an emergency room...I am 5'2" and weight 165 lbs.......please help me!
